- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
- Lead the creation and implementation of marketing plans across various channels.
- Drive brand awareness and positioning to enhance the F/A/Q public profile.
- Digital Marketing Excellence: Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and other online marketing activations.
- Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Stay informed about digital marketing trends and leverage new opportunities.
- Content Strategy & Development: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and engages the target audience.
- Supervise the creation of compelling content across various platforms, including website, social media, and newsletters.
- Ensure consistency of messaging and branding in all communications.
- Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Having resource efficiency in mind, manage external agencies and freelancers as needed.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on performance analytics.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Marketing and/or Business, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business or a related field; MSc/MA is desired
- You have very good knowledge in the conception and implementation of marketing/ MarCom strategies and are familiar with the most common marketing tools such as SEO, SEA, SEM, PPC advertising, landing pages and social media.
- You have a good knowledge of performance marketing, solid experience in the development and implementation of KPIs (number of leads, conversion rate, CPC, CTR, etc.) and are familiar with the most common CRM systems.
- You are a communicative, interface-savvy, entrepreneurial leader with intercultural experience.
- An analytical, structured, independent way of working and a high degree of hands-on mentality.
- Ideas on how to keep us at the top of our game! Creativity and a passion for staying on the cutting edge of Marketing will be key to our success.

In 2023, after the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic, we emerged stronger, with a new team and offices in Hamburg, Johannesburg, and Los Angeles.
